Perversions of my grammatically incoherent mind. Rwarr!

Where it went? Oh wait it's right here....

Today I spoke to one of my closest friends from back in the day. We grew up together in a weird suburban apartment complex and an even weirder bunch of kids.
But I think they'd all agree that us both were the weirdest of the lot. Wearing matching short shorts and being called supandi's was an everyday thing. We somehow took pride in that whole deal then. I tell you it was the 80's...we were suckered by some unearthly force that made us wear the ugliest clothes and sadly we went there willingly.

So we started talking about life in general and all the bull grown up talk...then like most girlfriends ( I think it's genetic or maybe just me) do we went down memory lane --again!
Turns out that I was a huge pet lover...even though the only pets I ever had and didn't kill were fish. I even named a few of them "fish" coz at one point my guppies got randy and had a whole bunch of them. I just figured I'd call them fish. I'm sure I was all kicked about naming them and thought it was way smart. She told me that I talked about them all the time and would lecture her about different kinds of fish food all the time. Duhh coming from someone who named her fish - fish ..I wonder what that conversation must've been like.

Thinking of it now -- I remember running into a fish store not the eating kind but the pet kind and asked a scrawny looking guy for food for my fishes.

So he turns around and looks at the mangy 12 year old girl and says here take this. It was a black colored bottle kind of like the one's that hold 35mm films with some gaudy
picture of some sort of fish like creature with magenta and gold fins.

The cool part is that I would never just take the bottle and be like ok with buying it. I would sneak off into the back of the store open the bottle and try some for myself before I bought any.
Don't worry I didn't try any worms it was like more sweetish paper like crumbs. I liked the pink variety. SO yeah it was only the best for my fishies.

I think I'm done with fish, thankfully!

I wonder now --- why don't I have a dog like I've always wanted???

Everybody poops even.....
